Chef Dana Milford offers a unique presentation of five completely gluten-free courses featuring products from local farms. She locally sources the finest grass-fed meat and organic produce, emphasizing clean products that are grown and raised organically in the region of Northeast Louisiana. In addition, the meal is almost entirely dairy-free (and the chef is more than willing to accommodate this dietary option as well!)
