The Fat Pelican
Six Southern Chefs bring you an unforgettable night. This culinary collaboration will consist of from scratch, locally-sourced food matched with pairings from Southern Beverage and Southern Glazer. Chef Chris McKnight (The Fat Pelican, Monroe), Chef Lyle Broussard (L'Auberge Du Lac, Lake Charles), Chef Anthony Felan (Second Act Supper Club, Shreveport), Chef Blake Phillips (Blue Magnolia Catering, Monroe), Chef Joel Myers (Castor and Chicory, West Monroe) and Sean "Poochy" Rivera (Coquille's River and Rye, Madisonville).
Tickets are $100 each and include wine and cocktail pairings. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Masur Museum of Art. Call for reservations (318) 537-9030.

Confit mangalista pork belly with sweet potato puree with apple bourbon chutney
Panzanella salad with peas and carrots, crispy prosciutto lemon basil vinaigrette
Raines Farms wagyu New York Strip with cauliflower and brie candied cipolinni onions with wagyu butter roasted carrots
Crispy Gulf oysters caramelized oyster mushrooms, smoked corn grits with BBQ butter
Pralines and cream beignets with toasted pecan and caramel sauce
